AB557-ASA2-AA14,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
AB557-ASA2-AA14,1,4 21. Page 4, line 12: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by
3$18,430,000 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $74,368,600
4to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.
AB557-ASA2-AA14,1,7 52. Page 4, line 19: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by
6$2,205,200 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $5,931,000 to
7increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.

10aid from the appropriation under s. 20.395 (1) (bq) to each applicant within an urban
11area having a population as shown in the 1990 federal decennial census of not more
12than 200,000. Notwithstanding pars. (a) and (em) 1., the sum of the state aid
13allocations made to an applicant under this paragraph and par. (a) may exceed the
14percentage of projected operating expenses specified in pars. (a) and (em) 1.,
15proportionately distributed to each eligible applicant, as determined by the
16department.
AB557-ASA2-AA14,2,1917 2. From the appropriation under s. 20.395 (1) (bq), the department shall
18allocate $237,600 in fiscal year 1995-96 and $962,400 in fiscal year 1996-97 for the
19purpose of making supplemental payments of state aid under subd. 1.
