AB557-ASA2-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB557-ASA2-AA4,1,4 1. Page 5, line 8: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $550,000 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $550,000 to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.

AB557-ASA2-AA4,1,5 2. Page 72, line 9: after that line insert:

AB557-ASA2-AA4,1,9 "(3t) Surplus land sale. The department of transportation shall sell sufficient surplus land, as defined in section 84.09 (8) (a) of the statutes, during the 1995-97 fiscal biennium to deposit not less than $4,500,000 in the transportation fund from such sales.".
