AB557-ASA2-AA9,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB557-ASA2-AA9,1,4 1. Page 5, line 6: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $21,400 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $43,400 to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.

AB557-ASA2-AA9,1,7 2. Page 5, line 8: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $1,406,000 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $1,566,700 for to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.

AB557-ASA2-AA9,1,10 3. Page 11, line 3: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $1,436,000 and decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $1,631,700 to decrease funding for the purposes for which the appropriation is made.

AB557-ASA2-AA9,1,11 4. Page 74, line 16: after that line insert:

AB557-ASA2-AA9,2,2 "(9g) Executive assistant position. The authorized FTE positions for the department of transportation, funded from the appropriation under section 20.395 (4) (aq) of the statutes, are decreased by 1.0 SEG executive assistant position appointed under section 15.05 (3) of the statutes.".
