AB585-ASA2-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB585-ASA2-AA2,1,2 1. Page 6, line 10: delete that line and substitute:

AB585-ASA2-AA2,1,4 "(k) Paragraphs (b) to (j) do not apply to activities by a state agency or by the department under sub. (6r).".

AB585-ASA2-AA2,1,6 2. Page 6, line 12: substitute "Agency activities" for "Interagency consultation".

AB585-ASA2-AA2,1,7 3. Page 7, line 6: after that line insert:

AB585-ASA2-AA2,1,12 "(bn) The department may allow an activity by the department itself that results in the taking of an endangered species or threatened species if the activity is accomplished with procedures established by the department for the purpose of minimizing any adverse effect on the endangered species or threatened species and if pars. (a) 2. and 3. and (b) apply.".
