AB591-SA31,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute amendment 3, as follows:

AB591-SA31,1,3 1. Page 80, line 18: after that line insert:

AB591-SA31,1,13 "(1g) Supplemental payment. To a Wisconsin works group whose annual gross income is less than 90% of the poverty line and that includes a participant in a Wisconsin works employment position, a Wisconsin works agency shall make a supplemental payment equal to the amount needed to raise the Wisconsin works group's annual gross income to 90% of the poverty line. In calculating the Wisconsin works group's annual gross income, the Wisconsin works agency shall include wages or grant amounts received under sub. (1), child support payments received on behalf of a child in the Wisconsin works group, food stamps received by the Wisconsin works group and any amount received under section 32 (b) (1) (A) to (C) of the internal revenue code and under s. 71.07 (9e).".
