AB596-ASA1-AA1,1,74 214.685 (4) (d) Does not set aside stock in the savings bank for the benefit of
5members of the board of directors and does not permit members of the board of
6directors to acquire stock in the savings bank under terms that are different from the
7terms offered to depositors.".
