AB6-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB6-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 6: after that line insert:

AB6-AA1,1,3 " Section 2. 121.91 (2m) (a) 1. and 4. of the statutes are amended to read:

AB6-AA1,1,7 121.91 (2m) (a) 1. Divide the sum of the amount of state aid received in the previous school year and property taxes levied for the previous school year, excluding funds described under sub. (4) (c), by the average of the number of pupils in the 3 previous school years year.

AB6-AA1,1,9 4. Multiply the result under subd. 3. by the average of the number of pupils in the current and the 2 preceding school years year.

AB6-AA1, s. 3 Section 3. 121.91 (2m) (b) 1. and 3. of the statutes are amended to read:

AB6-AA1,1,14 121.91 (2m) (b) 1. Divide the sum of the amount of state aid received in the previous school year and property taxes levied for the previous school year, excluding funds described under sub. (4) (c), by the average of the number of pupils in the 3 previous school years year.

AB6-AA1,2,4 (1) The treatment of section 121.91 (2m) (a) 1. and 4. and (b) 1. and 3. of the statutes first applies to the calculation of a school district's revenue limit in the 1995-96 school year.".
