AB6-AA10,1,2 21. Page 1, line 6: after that line insert:
AB6-AA10,1,3 3" Section 2. 121.91 (4) (d) of the statutes is created to read:
AB6-AA10,1,114 121.91 (4) (d) 1. The limit under sub. (2m) in any school year is increased by
5an amount equal to the revenue budgeted by the school district in that school year
6for equipment and training needed to conduct interactive video for distance learning
7and for access or usage charges associated with interactive video for distance
8learning or with interactive data telecommunications services. This subdivision
9applies only to school districts in which the percentage increase in revenue between
10the previous school year and the current school year is less than the statewide
11average, as determined by the state superintendent.
AB6-AA10,1,1512 2. In the subsequent school year, the limit under sub. (2m) shall be reduced by
13an amount equal to that portion of the revenue budgeted in the previous school year
14for the purposes under subd. 1. that was not spent in the previous school year for
15those purposes.
