AB6-AA10,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB6-AA10,1,2 1. Page 1, line 6: after that line insert:

AB6-AA10,1,3 " Section 2. 121.91 (4) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

AB6-AA10,1,11 121.91 (4) (d) 1. The limit under sub. (2m) in any school year is increased by an amount equal to the revenue budgeted by the school district in that school year for equipment and training needed to conduct interactive video for distance learning and for access or usage charges associated with interactive video for distance learning or with interactive data telecommunications services. This subdivision applies only to school districts in which the percentage increase in revenue between the previous school year and the current school year is less than the statewide average, as determined by the state superintendent.

AB6-AA10,1,15 2. In the subsequent school year, the limit under sub. (2m) shall be reduced by an amount equal to that portion of the revenue budgeted in the previous school year for the purposes under subd. 1. that was not spent in the previous school year for those purposes.

AB6-AA10, s. 3 Section 3. Initial applicability; revenue limit exception.

AB6-AA10,2,2 (1) The treatment of section 121.91 (4) (d) of the statutes first applies to the calculation of a school district's revenue limit in the 1995-96 school year.".
