AB6-AA15,1,2 1. Page 1, line 6: after that line insert:

AB6-AA15,1,3 " Section 2. 121.91 (4) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

AB6-AA15,1,7 121.91 (4) (d) The limit otherwise applicable to a school district's revenue under sub. (2m) in any school year is increased by an amount equal to the cost incurred by the school district in that school year to comply with 42 USC 12101 to 12213, as determined by the state superintendent.

AB6-AA15, s. 3 Section 3. Initial applicability.

AB6-AA15,1,10 (1) This act first applies to the calculation of a school district's revenue limit for the 1995-96 school year.".
