AB6-AA5,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: before that line insert:

AB6-AA5,1,3 " Section 1. 121.905 of the statutes is created to read:

AB6-AA5,1,7 121.905 Applicability. Beginning in the 1997-98 school year, this subchapter does not apply to any school district if in the previous school year the state did not provide at least 66.7% of the revenue of the public elementary and secondary schools, as specified in 1993 Wisconsin Act 437, section 9145 (1x) (b).".
