AB624-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB624-ASA1-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 10: delete lines 10 to 12 and substitute: "associate degree granting institution, but does not include any of the following:

AB624-ASA1-AA1,1,5 (a) Education provided in a vocational diploma program, as defined in s. 38.01 (11).

AB624-ASA1-AA1,1,6 (b) Education provided in a vocational certificate program.

AB624-ASA1-AA1,1,7 (c) Education provided in an apprenticeship program.

AB624-ASA1-AA1,1,9 (d) Training or instruction to prepare a prisoner for postsecondary education or for a program specified in pars. (a) to (c).".
