AB69-AA13,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB69-AA13,1,3 21. Page 2, line 6: delete "Nothing" and substitute: "Except as provided in par.
3(c), nothing".
AB69-AA13,1,5 42. Page 2, line 12: delete "If" and substitute: "Except as provided in par. (c),
5if".
AB69-AA13,1,6 63. Page 2, line 19: after that line insert:
AB69-AA13,1,14 7"(c) For any city with a population of more than 50,000 if, in 1993 or any year
8thereafter, the percentage of homicides committed in the city with a firearm exceeds
950% of all homicides committed in the city during the year, nothing in this section
10prohibits such a city from continuing to enforce an ordinance or resolution that
11regulates the sale, purchase, purchase delay, transfer, ownership, use, keeping,
12possession, bearing, transportation, licensing, permitting, registration or taxation
13of any firearm if the ordinance or resolution is in effect on the effective date of this
14paragraph .... [revisor inserts date].
AB69-AA13,2,415 (d) No ordinance or resolution that is enacted or adopted under sub. (2) or which
16is subject to par. (a), (b) or (c) applies to or may be enforced against an individual who

1is traveling directly through the political subdivision in which the ordinance or
2resolution is in effect if the individual is a nonresident of that political subdivision
3and if the firearm is unloaded and encased while the individual is in the political
4subdivision.".
