AB69-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB69-SA2,1,3 1. Page 2, line 6: delete lines 6 to 19, as affected by assembly amendment 3, and substitute:

AB69-SA2,1,9 "(4) Nothing in this section prohibits a political subdivision from continuing to enforce an ordinance or resolution that regulates the sale, purchase, purchase delay, transfer, ownership, use, keeping, possession, bearing, transportation, licensing, permitting, registration or taxation of any firearm or part of a firearm, including ammunition and reloader components, if the ordinance or resolution is in effect on the effective date of this subsection .... [revisor inserts date].".
