AB733-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

AB733-SA2,1,2 1. Page 8, line 12: after that line insert:

AB733-SA2,1,4 " Section 2p. 948.70 (3) of the statutes is renumbered 948.70 (3) (intro.) and amended to read:

AB733-SA2,1,5 948.70 (3) (intro.) Subsection (2) does not prohibit a any of the following:

AB733-SA2,1,7 (a) A physician from tattooing or offering to tattoo a child in the course of his or her professional practice.

AB733-SA2, s. 2r Section 2r. 948.70 (3) (b) of the statutes is created to read:

AB733-SA2,1,12 948.70 (3) (b) A tattooist, who is licensed under s. 252.23 and who acts within the scope of the licensure, from tattooing or offering to tattoo a child who has attained the age of 16 and who is accompanied by his or her parent, guardian or legal custodian.".
