AB774-ASA1-AA3,1,2 21. Page 2, line 8: after that line insert:
AB774-ASA1-AA3,1,11 3"(3t)Seizure of video poker machines. Notwithstanding section 66.051 (1) (b)
4of the statutes, no board or council of any city, village or town may cause the seizure
5of any video gaming device commonly known as a video poker machine or cause the
6destruction of any such thing on or after the effective date of this subsection but
7before July 1, 1998. Notwithstanding sections 968.13 (1) (a) and 968.20 (2) of the
8statutes, a video gaming device commonly known as a video poker machine that is
9seized pursuant to a search warrant or seized without a search warrant is not
10contraband and shall be returned as provided under section 968.20 (1) of the
11statutes.".
