AB801-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 22: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $23,000 for the purposes for which the appropriation is made.

AB801-AA1,1,6 3. Page 2, line 24: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 3, line 24.
