AJR7-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the joint resolution as follows:

AJR7-ASA1-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 3: delete "is" and substitute "and full and accurate disclosure of the budgetary and fiscal effects of the restraint are".

AJR7-ASA1-AA1,1,7 2. Page 2, line 15: after "year" insert: "and requiring that the congress submit with the amendment a report that fully and accurately discloses the revenues that would be raised and the expenditures that would be reduced in order to accomplish the purpose of the amendment".
