SB11-AA3,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill , as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB11-AA3,1,5 1. Page 1, line 9: after "sought," insert: "or if recovery is sought against more than one person, that negligence was not greater than the combined negligence of the persons against whom recovery is sought,".

SB11-AA3,1,7 2. Page 1, line 11: delete lines 11 and 12 and substitute: "covering. The liability of each person".
