SB11-AA4,1,3 1. Page 2, line 7: after that line insert:

SB11-AA4,1,4 " Section 2m. 895.045 (3) of the statutes is created to read:

SB11-AA4,1,8 895.045 (3) Joint and several liability. Except as provided in s. 895.85 (5), nothing in this section prohibits the imposition of joint and several liability in a cause of action for damages resulting from environmental pollution, hazardous waste or substances or waste disposal sites.".
