ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 2, To 1995 SENATE BILL 144

SB144-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB144-AA2,1,2 1. Page 9, line 1: after "(am)" insert "1.".

SB144-AA2,1,4 2. Page 9, line 6: after that line, before the material inserted by senate amendment 1, insert:

SB144-AA2,1,7 "2. Except as provided in subd. 3., the department of justice may disclose information that it receives under subd. 1. only as part of a firearms restrictions record search under s. 175.35 (2g) (c).

SB144-AA2,1,10 3. The department of justice shall disclose any information that it receives under subd. 1. to a law enforcement agency when the information is needed for law enforcement purposes.".
