SB144-SA3,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB144-SA3,1,3 21. Page 8, line 1: delete "Require" and substitute "Except as provided in par.
3(ag), require".
SB144-SA3,1,4 42. Page 8, line 8: after that line insert:
SB144-SA3,1,7 5"(ag) If the respondent is a peace officer, an injunction issued under sub. (4) may
6not require the respondent to surrender a firearm that he or she is required, as a
7condition of employment, to possess whether or not he or she is on duty.".

10line of duty or, if required to do so as a condition of employment, while off duty.
SB144-SA3,2,1211 (b) The person is a member of the U.S. armed forces or national guard and the
12person possesses a firearm while in the line of duty.".
