SB15-AA1,1,3 1. Page 3, line 13: delete "selected individual" and substitute: "In municipalities having a population of more than 5,000, the selected individual".

SB15-AA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 14: on lines 14 to 16, restore the stricken material.
