SB182-AA3,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill , as shown by senate substitute amendment 2, as follows:

SB182-AA3,1,3 1. Page 14, line 2: delete "(intro.), 2. and 4.," and substitute "(intro.) and 4.,".

SB182-AA3,1,4 2. Page 14, line 7: delete lines 7 to 9.

SB182-AA3,1,5 3. Page 14, line 10: after " 2.," insert "2m.,".

SB182-AA3,1,6 4. Page 22, line 2: after that line insert:

SB182-AA3,1,7 " Section 70m. 301.45 (5) (a) 2m. of the statutes is created to read:

SB182-AA3,1,10 301.45 (5) (a) 2m. If the person has been sentenced to prison and is being released from prison because he or she has reached the expiration date of his or her sentence, 15 years after being released from prison.".
