SB24-AA3,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB24-AA3,1,6 1. Page 21, line 19: after the period insert: "The department shall reimburse the fee of any person whose conviction record under the laws of this state or any other state or under federal law is satisfactory according to the criteria specified in par. (g) 1. to 3.".

SB24-AA3,1,7 2. Page 26, line 9: on lines 9 and 13, delete "par (g)." and substitute "par. (g)".

SB24-AA3,1,11 3. Page 28, line 20: after the period insert: "The department shall reimburse the fee of any person whose conviction record under the laws of this state or any other state or under federal law is satisfactory according to the criteria specified in par. (g) 1. to 3.".
