SB349-AA2,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB349-AA2,1,4 1. Page 2, line 4: after the comma insert: "conversions of mutual savings and loan associations to stock savings and loan associations,".

SB349-AA2,1,5 2. Page 17, line 22: after that line insert:

SB349-AA2,1,6 " Section 61m. 215.58 (2) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

SB349-AA2,1,10 215.58 (2) (d) The plan does not permit members of the board of directors to acquire stock in the converting association under terms that are different from the terms offered to depositors, except that a director who is an employe may participate in any tax qualified retirement plan acquiring stock in the converting association.".
