SB404-AA1,1,5 939.50 (1) (intro.) Except as provided in ss. 940.09 (1) and 946.83 and to 946.85, felonies in chs. 939 to 951 are classified as follows:".

SB404-AA1,1,6 2. Page 1, line 3: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1r".

SB404-AA1,1,8 3. Page 1, line 4: on page 1, line 4, of the material inserted by senate amendment 1, delete "40" and substitute " 15".
