SB420-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB420-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 10: after "physical placement" insert "and visitation".

SB420-AA1,1,3 2. Page 7, line 4: before that line insert:

SB420-AA1,1,5 " Section 6m. 767.245 (5) of the statutes, as created by 1995 Wisconsin Act 68, is repealed.".

SB420-AA1,1,6 3. Page 7, line 5: after " physical placement" insert "and visitation".

SB420-AA1,1,7 4. Page 7, line 6: before "A" insert "(a)".

SB420-AA1,1,8 5. Page 7, line 7: delete "apply" and substitute "applies".

SB420-AA1,1,9 6. Page 7, line 8: substitute "1." for "(a)".

SB420-AA1,1,10 7. Page 7, line 10: substitute "2." for "(b)".

SB420-AA1,1,12 9. Page 7, line 15: after that line insert:

SB420-AA1,1,14 "(b) A person who has been awarded visitation rights with respect to a child under s. 767.245 may file a petition under sub. (4) if any of the following applies:

SB420-AA1,2,2 1. The person has had one or more periods of visitation denied by the child's parent.

SB420-AA1,2,4 2. The person has had one or more periods of visitation substantially interfered with by the child's parent.

SB420-AA1,2,9 (c) A parent of a child with respect to whom a person has been awarded visitation rights under s. 767.245 may file a petition under sub. (4) if the parent has incurred a financial loss or expenses as a result of the person's intentional failure to exercise one or more periods of visitation under an order allocating specific times for the exercise of visitation.".
