SB498-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB498-SA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 18: delete "within" and substitute "no later than".

SB498-SA1,1,3 2. Page 4, line 7: on lines 7 to 9, delete the underscored material.

SB498-SA1,1,5 3. Page 4, line 9: strike through the material beginning with "The" and ending with "contract" on line 14.

SB498-SA1,1,8 4. Page 4, line 14: before the period insert: "and unless the prime contractor agrees, to the extent practicable, to maintain a list of all subcontractors and suppliers performing labor or furnishing materials under the contract".

SB498-SA1,1,9 5. Page 5, line 1: delete "within" and substitute "no later than".
