SB523-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB523-SA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 5: delete "30" and substitute "10".

SB523-SA2,1,7 2. Page 1, line 6: after the period insert: "The sheriff may request the court that granted the privilege under sub. (2) to authorize the sheriff to refuse to permit a specific prisoner to exercise the privilege to leave the jail for more than 10 days based on a serious breach of discipline or other serious violation of jail regulations by that prisoner.".
