SB624-SA7,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB624-SA7,1,6 21. Page 2, line 12: after "justice" insert: ", requiring a petition commencing
3proceedings under the children's code, including a termination of parental rights
4proceeding, and a petition commencing proceedings under the juvenile justice code
5to include a statement of whether the child or juvenile may be subject to the federal
6Indian child welfare act".
