SB80-AA1,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill , as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB80-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 3: delete lines 3 to 10.

SB80-AA1,1,6 2. Page 2, line 13: delete that line and substitute: "following is guilty of a Class C felony may be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned for not more than 20 years or both:".

SB80-AA1,1,9 3. Page 4, line 5: delete lines 5 and 6 and substitute: "al intercourse with a person who has not attained the age of 16 years is guilty of a Class C felony may be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned for not more than 20 years or both.".

SB80-AA1,1,10 4. Page 5, line 4: delete lines 4 and 5 and substitute:

SB80-AA1,1,13 "948.06 Incest with a child. (intro.) Whoever does any of the following is guilty of a Class C felony may be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned for not more than 20 years or both:".
