ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 10, To ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, To ASSEMBLY BILL 1

AB1-ASA1-AA10,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB1-ASA1-AA10,1,2 1. Page 26, line 23: delete "A" and substitute: "(1) Subject to sub. (2), a".

AB1-ASA1-AA10,1,3 2. Page 27, line 3: substitute "subsection" for "section".

AB1-ASA1-AA10,1,4 3. Page 27, line 4: after that line insert:

AB1-ASA1-AA10,1,10 "(2) No county may become part of a district's jurisdiction under sub. (1) until that county's board adopts a resolution stating that the county is part of the district's jurisdiction and forwards a copy of the resolution to the district's office. Each county board shall vote on a resolution that determines whether the county shall become a part of a district's jurisdiction not later than 30 days after the effective date of this subsection ....
