AB1-ASA1-AA11,1,6 3"(3) Use of stadium. The district board shall consider during the design review
4process the utilization of the facility for events in addition to baseball, which are
5consistent with the program statement and design for the stadium complex, and do
6not adversely affect the design, construction schedule or budget.
