AB1-ASA1-AA15,1,2 1. Page 30, line 9: after that line insert:

AB1-ASA1-AA15,1,6 "(3) Infrastructure costs. The district shall pay the costs of any infrastructure construction that is related to baseball park facilities, that is undertaken within the city and county in which the baseball park facilities are located and that is not paid for by the state.".
