ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 22, To ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, To ASSEMBLY BILL 1

AB1-ASA1-AA22,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB1-ASA1-AA22,1,3 1. Page 1, line 15: after the semicolon insert: "imposing a restriction on the team that uses the baseball park that the district constructs;".

AB1-ASA1-AA22,1,4 2. Page 30, line 9: after that line insert:

AB1-ASA1-AA22,1,10 "229.683 Restriction on user of stadium. A professional baseball team that uses as a home field baseball park facilities that are constructed under this subchapter shall reserve one sky box for use by a person who is selected by a drawing that is open to all residents of this state. The team may devise the details of the drawing. No person may win the drawing more than once during any 5-year period.".
