AB1-ASA1-AA25,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB1-ASA1-AA25,1,2 1. Page 24, line 1: delete "Seven" and substitute "Six".

AB1-ASA1-AA25,1,4 2. Page 24, line 20: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 25, line 2.

AB1-ASA1-AA25,1,5 3. Page 25, line 3: delete "(e)" and substitute "(d)".

AB1-ASA1-AA25,1,6 4. Page 25, line 10: delete "(f)" and substitute "(e)".

AB1-ASA1-AA25,1,7 5. Page 25, line 17: delete "(g)" and substitute "(f)".

AB1-ASA1-AA25,1,8 6. Page 25, line 24: delete "4" and substitute "3".

AB1-ASA1-AA25,1,9 7. Page 26, line 23: delete "A" and substitute: "(1) Subject to sub. (2), a".

AB1-ASA1-AA25,1,11 8. Page 26, line 24: delete "all" and substitute "the"; and after "county" insert "that have the 1st, 3rd and 4th largest populations".

AB1-ASA1-AA25,1,12 9. Page 27, line 3: substitute "subsection" for "section".

AB1-ASA1-AA25,1,13 10. Page 27, line 4: after that line insert:

AB1-ASA1-AA25,2,6 "(2) No county may become part of a district's jurisdiction under sub. (1) until that county's board adopts a resolution stating that the county is part of the district's jurisdiction and forwards a copy of the resolution to the district's office. Each county board shall vote on a resolution that determines whether the county shall become a part of a district's jurisdiction not later than 60 days after the effective date of this subsection .... [revisor inserts date].".
