AB1-ASA1-AA26,1,2 1. Page 42, line 5: delete lines 5 to 10 and substitute:

AB1-ASA1-AA26,1,3 " Section 54a. 234.65 (1) (hm) of the statutes is created to read:

AB1-ASA1-AA26,1,8 234.65 (1) (hm) The authority may not make a loan under this section for an economic development project described under s. 234.01 (4n) (d) to any professional baseball team unless the authority determines that collateral adequate to cover the amount of the loan has been pledged as security for the loan, exclusive of any ownership interest of the team in a stadium.".
