SENATE AMENDMENT 14, To ASSEMBLY BILL 1

AB1-SA14,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

AB1-SA14,1,3 1. Page 2, line 4: before "increasing" insert: "coverage of certain special purpose districts under the municipal employment relations act;".

AB1-SA14,1,4 2. Page 26, line 2: after that line insert:

AB1-SA14,1,5 " Section 49m. 111.70 (1) (j) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB1-SA14,1,10 111.70 (1) (j) "Municipal employer" means any city, county, village, town, metropolitan sewerage district, school district, or any other special purpose district or political subdivision of the state which engages the services of an employe and includes any person acting on behalf of a municipal employer within the scope of the person's authority, express or implied.".
