(7) Revenue-sharing agreement, players' salary cap or other significant
4economic changes. A district may enter into an agreement with a professional major
5league baseball team for the lease or common ownership of baseball park facilities
6only if the terms of the agreement require the team to pay to the district any
7additional revenues, in an amount determined by the district, that are received by
8the team as a result of any revenue-sharing agreement among major league
9professional baseball teams, any cap on the salaries that may be paid to professional
10baseball team players or any other event which results in a substantial restructuring
11of the economic relationships among professional major league baseball teams. A
12district shall first apply any funds received by the district under this subsection to
13the early retirement of bonds of the district.".
