AB1-SA25,1,3 " Section 54n. 234.65 (1) (hn) of the statutes is created to read:

AB1-SA25,1,7 234.65 (1) (hn) The authority may not make a loan under this section for an economic development project described under s. 234.01 (4n) (d) to any professional baseball team unless the team pledges any ownership interest in the project to the authority.".
