SENATE AMENDMENT 26, To ASSEMBLY BILL 1

AB1-SA26,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

AB1-SA26,1,3 1. Page 2, line 6: after the 2nd semicolon insert "advertising of cigarettes and tobacco products in a baseball park facility;".

AB1-SA26,1,4 2. Page 34, line 18: after that line insert:

AB1-SA26,1,8 "(5m) Advertising restricted. No person may display in a baseball park facility any advertising for, or any trademark, service mark, trade name, logo or other commercial symbol of, the following products for the purposes of selling or otherwise promoting these products:

AB1-SA26,1,9 (a) Cigarettes, as defined in s. 139.30 (1).

AB1-SA26,1,10 (b) Tobacco products, as defined in s. 139.75 (12).".
