AB1-SA29,1,2 1. Page 34, line 22: after that line insert:

AB1-SA29,1,7 "(7) Special rental payments. If a district board enters into a lease agreement with a professional baseball team for the rental of baseball park facilities under this subchapter, the district shall include an amount equivalent to the retail sales taxes applicable at the time rental payments are due upon the rental of any sky boxes located in the facilities during the term of the lease.".
