AB1-SA3,1,3 " Section 54n. 234.65 (1) (hn) of the statutes is created to read:

AB1-SA3,1,8 234.65 (1) (hn) The authority may not make a loan under this section for an economic development project described under s. 234.01 (4n) (d) to any professional baseball team unless each individual that has a beneficial ownership interest in the team that is in excess of 5% of the team's total equity personally guarantees the repayment of the loan to the team.".
