SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 2

AB2-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB2-SA1,1,2 1. Page 7, line 24: delete "and (d)" and substitute ", (d) and (e)".

AB2-SA1,1,3 2. Page 8, line 24: after that line insert:

AB2-SA1,1,6 "(e) Paragraphs (b) to (d) of this subsection are inapplicable if implementation of the requirements of those paragraphs would result in the loss of federal funds to a transplant hospital, an organ procurement organization or the state.".
