AB4-ASA1-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB4-ASA1-AA3,1,2 1. Page 2, line 5: after that line insert:

AB4-ASA1-AA3,1,3 "(am) The rules required under par. (a) shall do all of the following:

AB4-ASA1-AA3,1,7 1. Specify circumstances that may cause a delay in the processing of an application for a license, permit, approval or other determination and provide that the time period established under par. (a) that applies to that license, permit, approval or other determination is extended by the length of the delay.

AB4-ASA1-AA3,2,2 2. Provide a longer time period for the department to make a determination on a specific application for a license, permit, approval or other determination than the time limit for other applications for the same type of license, permit, approval or other determination to provide time for the department to complete an activity related to that specific application if the activity is necessary to process the specific application but is not necessary to process other applications for the same type of license, permit, approval or other determination.".

AB4-ASA1-AA3,2,5 3. Page 4, line 2: delete "that" and substitute "such a".
