7(1c) Minority teacher loans. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the
8statutes for the appropriation to the higher educational aids board under section
920.235 (1) (cr) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1997, the dollar amount is
10increased by $260,000 for fiscal year 1998-99 to increase funding for the purpose for
11which the appropriation is made.".
