TO SENATE BILL 2

SB2-SSA2-SA16,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB2-SSA2-SA16,1,3 21. Page 2, line 10: after "Schools;" insert "payments for child care under the
3Wisconsin works program;".

SB2-SSA2-SA16,1,4 42. Page 3, line 18: after that line insert:

SB2-SSA2-SA16,1,6 5" Section 4m. 49.155 (5) of the statutes is renumbered 49.155 (5) (a) and
6amended to read:

SB2-SSA2-SA16,1,87 49.155 (5) (a) An Except as provided in par. (b), an individual is liable for the
8percentage of the cost of the child care that the department specified specifies.

SB2-SSA2-SA16, s. 4n 9Section 4n. 49.155 (5) (b) of the statutes is created to read:

SB2-SSA2-SA16,1,1110 49.155 (5) (b) The department may not require a parent who is under the age
11of 20 to share the cost of the child care.".
