SB2-SSA2-SA23,1,8 "(3tt) Achievement guarantee contracts. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of public instruction under section 20.255 (2) (cu) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1997, the dollar amount is increased by $2,000,000 for fiscal year 1998-99 to increase funding for achievement guarantee contracts in the school district operating under chapter 119 of the statutes.".
