AB100-ASA1-AA5,1,3 " Section 2839m. 118.40 (4) (c) of the statutes is created to read:

AB100-ASA1-AA5,1,6 118.40 (4) (c) Enrollment. No more than 5% of the membership, as defined in s. 121.004 (5), of the school district operating under ch. 119 may attend a charter school under this section.".
