AB121-AA2,1,7 "(4m) If a local authority contracts with a parking enforcer, as defined in s. 349.137 (1) (c), to immobilize motor vehicles subject to immobilization under sub. (2), the parking enforcer may only immobilize a motor vehicle enumerated in a list of vehicles subject to such immobilization that is furnished to the parking enforcer by the local authority.".
